Made with pasteurized milk, this semi-firm, surface-ripened cheese is an homage to genuine country flavours.

Fresh cream and butter, and subtle woodland aromas are what make this cheese so unique. Its tasty, lightly bloomy rind is hand-washed and aged over a period of 30-45 days.

Located in Repentigny, Fromagerie Champêtre named this cheese “Tomme du Fleuve” after the majestic St. Lawrence River, one of the region’s great waterways.

Tomme du Fleuve is available seasonally in specialty shops and some grocery stores of the Lanaudière region.
