Consecrated “Best washed rind in Canada”, Le Bocké now stands among some of the very best Canadian cheeses.

Le Bocké is a semi-firm cheese with beer-washed rind. No wonder it tastes so great! The rind is carefully hand washed in famous Bock de Joliette beer from Lanaudière’s own L’Alchimiste brewery, giving it a beautiful amber colour. Le Bocké is surprisingly mild and its wheat and wild mushroom aromas are sublime. Made with whole pasteurized milk and local ingredients, and containing no modified dairy products, Le Bocké is 100% Quebecois and features our local treasures.

Le Bocké is available in specialty shops, and some grocery stores, and superstores across Quebec.
